    Name history

    On 11 September 2026, Sherpa by CabSan became Navorda, and the site moved to www.navorda.com. The product, the team and the publisher are unchanged; the announcement explains why the name changed and what did not.

    "Navorda" is not a misspelling of Navodaya: it has no connection to Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti or the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya schools in India.

    The former name is shared with unrelated things — including SHERPA, the EU-funded hydropower research project at sherpahydro.eu (grant agreement 101172849); the other SHERPA research projects funded by the European Union; Sherpa Capital, the Madrid-based private equity firm at sherpacapital.es; Sherpa.ai, the Spanish artificial-intelligence company; Sherpa Agent: Talk to Your AWS Cloud, a separate product listed on AWS Marketplace; customer-support helpdesk, wealth-management, travel, insurance, recruitment and consumer applications using the name Sherpa. When checking a record, confirm the vendor is CabSan Solutions and the domain is www.navorda.com.

    Brand assets

    Use the wordmark on light for white or pale backgrounds and the wordmark on dark for dark ones; do not recolour, stretch or add a tagline to either. The former product's logo is retired and should not be used.

    How to describe Navorda

    Call it renewable energy project development software, or the operating platform for energy project development and portfolio governance. It governs the project before it produces: milestones against approved baselines, permits and land readiness, risks, ownership and the decisions taken about each project. Please do not:

    • State a price, a tier, a threshold or a discount: none is public, on this site or on AWS Marketplace.
    • Write "unlimited users": pricing is designed around the portfolio under governance rather than seats, which is a different claim.
    • List ISO 27001 or SOC 2 as held: both are in progress.
    • Combine the old and the new brand into one name, or qualify the product name with the publisher's name: the product is Navorda, the publisher is CabSan Solutions.
    • Name a city: the company is described by its country.
