Connect Navorda's governed operating model to the rest of your enterprise stack.
Systems consume Navorda data.
Navorda does not need to replace your BI, ERP or corporate systems. Navorda Connect makes the governed project and portfolio model available to the systems your organization already uses — through a Power BI Semantic Model Twin, a REST API and governed enterprise integrations. Optional: Navorda Platform needs none of it to start.

Exports rebuilt for every refresh
The BI team receives a CSV, reshapes it, joins it to last month's and rebuilds the project hierarchy by hand — every reporting cycle.
Every integration re-derives the model
Each downstream system decides for itself which date is the commitment, which version is official and which project a milestone belongs to. Three integrations, three answers.
Dashboards on ungoverned copies
Corporate reporting runs on extracts that drift from the operating record. The dashboard is confident; the number behind it is stale.
A second copy of the data is a second opinion about reality.
Every extract that leaves the operating model without its relationships forces someone downstream to reinvent them — and two teams reinventing them differently is how the board pack and the project review disagree. The cost is not the integration work. It is the meeting spent deciding which number is true.
Your BI team consumes the model. It does not rebuild it.
Every organization that connects Navorda to Power BI starts by asking the same question: which project does this milestone belong to, which version is official, which date is the commitment? The Semantic Model Twin answers it once, in the model, instead of once per dashboard.
Navorda application data becomes a governed analytical representation, exposed through a semantic layer to your Power BI environment — with the project hierarchy, portfolio dimensions, milestones, versions, ownership and risks already related the way Navorda relates them.
- Project hierarchy and portfolio dimensions already modeled
- Milestones, versions, ownership and risks with governed relationships
- Add-on data where licensed
- Consistent semantics between Navorda and Power BI
Corporate dashboards use the same operational truth as Navorda.
Four stages. Navorda application data — projects, permits, milestones, versions, risks and ownership — becomes a governed analytical representation with the relationships already modeled, exposed through a semantic layer to the customer's own Power BI environment, so corporate dashboards use the same operational truth as Navorda.
Conceptual flow. Implementation details may evolve.
Programmatic access to the governed record.
The REST API gives enterprise applications, data platforms and automations access to projects, permits, milestones, counterparties, contracts and other supported resources — behind governed authentication.
Scope is defined per resource. What an endpoint can read or change is stated in the API documentation for that resource, so an integration is built on what Navorda actually exposes rather than on an assumption.
The REST API exposes projects, permits, milestones, counterparties, contracts and other supported resources behind governed authentication, for enterprise applications, data platforms and automation.
ERP, CRM and treasury stay authoritative. Navorda connects to them.
Your systems of record are good at their jobs. Enterprise Integrations connect them to the governed project record through governed imports and the REST API, so a project, a counterpart or a commitment that exists in the ERP or the CRM is referenced in Navorda rather than retyped — and accounting, treasury and customer data stay where they are.
Each integration is scoped per deployment: which system, which direction, which resources and under whose permissions are agreed before anything is built. Navorda claims no off-the-shelf connector; it claims a governed interface. You do not need any integration to start with Navorda Platform.
- ERP: projects, cost objects and postings referenced by their source-system identifiers
- CRM: counterparts and commercial context kept consistent with the project record
- Treasury: payments and funding status executed where they belong, visible on the project
Systems stay authoritative. The project record stays governed.
Everything you need
Power BI Semantic Model Twin
A reporting-ready semantic twin of the Navorda operating model, designed to feed enterprise Power BI environments without forcing BI teams to reconstruct Navorda's relationships themselves.
Relationships already modeled
Project hierarchy, portfolio dimensions, milestones, versions, ownership and risks arrive with their relationships and governed semantics intact — consistent between Navorda and Power BI.
REST API over supported resources
Programmatic access to projects, permits, milestones, counterparties, contracts and other supported resources, for enterprise applications, data platforms and automation.
Enterprise Integrations
Governed imports and the REST API connect ERP, CRM and treasury systems to the project record — the systems stay authoritative for their domains. Each connector is scoped per deployment.
Governed authentication
Access is granted and revoked under Navorda's own authorization model, so the API surface follows the same governance as the application.
Version-aware data
Reads carry the version they belong to, so corporate dashboards can show the official ruling snapshot or compare against a locked baseline — the same way Navorda does.
Add-on data where licensed
Land, Finance, Transactions and Offtake data flow into the same model when those add-ons are part of your deployment.
What teams can now answer
- Can your BI team build a portfolio dashboard without re-deriving the project hierarchy?
- Do corporate reports and Navorda show the same milestone dates for the same version?
- How many integrations re-implement "which project does this belong to"?
- Can an enterprise application read a project's permits and milestones without an export?
- When a baseline is locked in Navorda, does Power BI know?
How it works
Scope the model
Agree which projects, dimensions and add-on data the Semantic Model Twin and the API should expose, and under which permissions.
Connect Power BI
Point your Power BI environment at the Semantic Model Twin and build on relationships that are already modeled.
Integrate and automate
Use the REST API from enterprise applications, data platforms and automations, with governed authentication — and connect ERP, CRM or treasury through governed imports where the deployment scopes it.
Carries the same record outward
Navorda Connect complements your BI, ERP and data platforms. It carries the governed project and portfolio model into them — without asking your BI team to move off Power BI or your data team to move off their platform.
Built on the same operating model
The semantic twin and the API are not a second copy of the data with its own opinions. They carry the record Navorda Platform governs — with its versions and relationships — into the systems that need it.
Navorda Connect gives enterprise systems access to Navorda's governed data model.
Navorda Platform governs: Project, then Milestone, then Version, then Risk. Navorda Connect delivers: Semantic model, then Power BI dataset, then Corporate dashboard. A milestone moves in Navorda → the semantic twin carries the change with its version → the corporate dashboard reads the same operational truth.
Connect is how systems consume Navorda. MCP is how AI does.
Two consumers. Navorda Connect, optional, hands governed data to systems; the Navorda MCP Connector, included in Navorda Platform, hands governed context to enterprise AI.
Navorda Connect provides
- Power BI Semantic Model Twin
- REST API over supported resources
- Enterprise Integrations: governed imports and API-based integration with ERP, CRM and treasury, scoped per deployment
- Governed authentication
- Version-aware reads
- Integration with enterprise applications and data platforms
- Automation use cases
Not Navorda Connect
- Enterprise AI access to Navorda context → Navorda MCP Connector (included in Navorda Platform)
- In-product dashboards, tables and exports → Navorda Platform embedded reporting
- Findings, drift and early warning → Navorda AI
- Accounting, settlement or trading data → your ERP, ETRM and finance stack
Systems consume Navorda data. AI consumes Navorda context.
