    Changelog

What shipped in Navorda and on this site, newest first. Platform entries describe functionality that is live for customers; site entries describe what changed on navorda.com. Dates are the day each change became public here.

The six-question self-check can be answered on screen

Each of the six questions on the printable self-check now carries the five answer options as a choice; the summary table fills its "Your answer" column from the selection, and its two other columns take free text. Answers can be cleared per question or all at once and copied as plain text. Nothing changed in the words or the rules: no score, no colour, no ranking, nothing submitted or sent to analytics, no email asked. The answers stay in the reader's browser so a reload keeps them, and the printed worksheet still works on paper.

Consistency fixes: pricing, case study, llms.txt, titles, hub dates

The pricing page, pricing.md and the llms files now state that Navorda is transacted on AWS Marketplace through private offers with no public price published there, and the product schema's Offer points at the pricing page. The case study shows its customer's own figures — 130+ projects across 6 countries, ~50 MW average project size, €4B+ total investment value — while the company-wide 300+ projects managed across 14+ European countries stay on the home page, About and the facts. llms.txt is now a short index generated at build from llms-full.txt, which carries every section in full; the agents are described as formerly Sherpa AI Agents. Every page title outside the blog ends in | Navorda (formerly Sherpa) while the rename bridge is on. The compare, blog and products hubs take their date from the newest page they list.

      Training crawlers allowed

Training crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, anthropic-ai, CCBot, Applebot-Extended, Meta-ExternalAgent) are now allowed in robots.txt; the retrieval bots that fetch pages live for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and DuckDuckGo were already allowed. A model only retrieves what it already knows to look for, and this site is public marketing content, so the Navorda name can enter the training sets too. Nothing else blocks crawlers: there is no X-Robots-Tag, the only noindex pages are the assessment results and the 404, and the CloudFront web ACL carries no bot-control rule.

Spanish buyer's guide, Spanish articles and three new comparison pages

The buyer's guide now has a Spanish twin written in the vocabulary Spanish promotores use, paired by hreflang; the blog gained a Spanish index with three articles on land, permit tracking (DIA, AAP, AAC) and alternatives to Excel; comparison pages for PakEnergy Renewables, Power Factors and Glint Solar joined the hub, and the IFS page now covers iLandMan. Every proof point the site states (projects, countries, founding date) comes from one claims module with an as-of date, and the rename announcement links the AWS Marketplace, G2 and LinkedIn records.

A fifth role: CFO / Finance

The role pages now answer "what's in Navorda for me?" for Project Managers, Heads of Development and Construction, COOs, CFOs and CTOs. The CFO page explains how governed project information reaches financial forecasts and capital decisions without Navorda recalculating anything. A one-page, printable six-question self-check joined the Corporate Distance Assessment as its unscored companion.

Navorda Decisions — the governance register

Platform release 5.14 adds Navorda Decisions, included in Navorda Platform: one record per decision on one project — who decided what, on whose behalf, and what follows — with 19 default fields in five cards, conditions with status and due date, commitments as Activities, evidence as Documents, versions, role-based access down to export, a pivot report and Excel, CSV and PDF export. Two read-only MCP tools expose decisions to enterprise AI, bringing the MCP Connector to 17 curated tools.

Positioning: the operating platform for energy project development

The site now leads with the master message — growth creates distance; Navorda keeps execution and management connected as you scale — and answers "what's in it for me?" with dedicated role pages. Every form-leading button became the Fit Review: bring one representative project and hear where Navorda does and does not add value.

Pricing explained without a price list

The pricing page describes what drives the commercial scope — the portfolio under governance, the capabilities, connectivity and deployment — and how a tailored proposal is produced through AWS Marketplace or directly. Pricing is designed around portfolio governance rather than per-seat licensing.

    9. Platform

      Sherpa is now Navorda

The platform marketed until September 2026 as Sherpa by CabSan became Navorda, and the site moved to www.navorda.com. Same product, team, technology, contracts and pricing; every former address redirects permanently to the same page here. Product names follow: Navorda Platform, Navorda Land, Navorda Finance, Navorda Transactions, Navorda Offtake, Navorda AI, Navorda Connect and the Navorda MCP Connector.

      External Models Governance

A Navorda Platform capability: keep specialist models in Excel and govern what goes in and what matters coming out — assumptions, provenance and the critical outputs linked to governed project fields, so the figures management relies on carry provenance. No macro execution, and no MCP, Connect or AI access to linked values.

One operating model, specialist depth: Platform, add-ons, AI and connectivity

The product family is presented as Navorda Platform (core governance) with the Navorda Land, Finance, Transactions and Offtake add-ons for operational depth, Navorda AI running inside the platform, and two connectivity products — Navorda Connect for enterprise systems and BI, the Navorda MCP Connector for enterprise AI, which reads a curated, read-only scope that never includes Finance or Offtake data.

      Navorda Finance

Project-level financial context on the project it belongs to: finance entries against figures and ledger accounts, versioned, linked to milestones and permits, with configurable business fields such as Funding Status (Forecast, Capital Call, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Payment). Navorda Finance complements the ERP, which keeps the accounting truth.

      Data center power development

A guide to governing the development of the energy infrastructure that supplies data centers — the power projects, not the compute — and a Data Centers category on the blog.

      Seven local-language landing pages

Land and permitting pages for promoters in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, German, French and Arabic, each on its own jurisdiction's permitting chain, paired with the English home page by hreflang. Support and onboarding remain in English and Spanish.

Comparisons, a case study, the security posture and the buyer's guides

Sourced comparison pages that say when the alternative is the better choice, an anonymised case study of a European investor governing its portfolio, a security page that states certification status plainly, and buyer's guides for project development, permit tracking and land management software.
